Description
2022–2024 Cadillac CT5 Blackwing A-Pillar Precut PPF Kit
This Cadillac CT5 Blackwing precut paint protection film kit is listed for model years 2022, 2023 and 2024. It provides the shaped pieces shown in the product artwork for the A-pillar and upper-band coverage identified by this listing. Choose a film option for the finish and specifications you want, then confirm the illustrated pattern against your vehicle before ordering.
This is a vehicle-specific film kit, not a complete vehicle wrap or an installation service. Its coverage is limited to the pictured shapes. The listing name “A Pillars + Rooftop” does not mean that a full roof sheet is included.
Vehicle Fitment and Pattern Confirmation
The existing fitment description identifies the Blackwing trim. Check that your vehicle is a 2022–2024 Cadillac CT5 Blackwing and compare the painted areas, surrounding trim and pattern boundaries with the product image. Do not assume this pattern fits every CT5 trim simply because the model name appears in the title or vehicle selector.
Factory equipment, replacement parts and aftermarket modifications can affect the surfaces where film is applied. If your vehicle differs from the illustrated layout, contact the store with your model year, trim and clear photographs before ordering. Confirm any uncertainty before removing the backing or beginning installation; a matching year alone does not establish that every piece matches your vehicle.
Pictured Coverage and Kit Boundaries
The artwork shows two long, narrow side strips that slope outward and a wider curved band across the top. Use these shapes as the coverage reference for this kit. The open area between them is not shown as a film panel, and the illustration does not depict a full roof sheet.
Hood, bumper, fender, mirror, door and other body-panel coverage is not included unless separately pictured in this product. Do not use general paint-protection examples as an inclusion list. Pattern edges and gaps are part of the design; review the image rather than assuming every edge wraps or every adjacent painted surface is covered. The blue geometric texture is an illustration aid, not the supplied film’s printed color or finish.
Film Selection and Everyday Protection
Select from the film options currently displayed on this page. The available choices include ProFusion 8 Mil, ProFusion 10 Mil, Avery Supreme Defense, 3M Pro 100 Series, 3M Pro G200, S.T.E.K Hydrophobic and S.T.E.K Matte. Check the selected option and displayed total before purchasing.
Paint protection film adds a sacrificial layer over the areas it covers and can help reduce everyday surface wear from road debris and contact. It cannot prevent every chip, scratch, stain or impact. Finish, thickness, hydrophobic behavior, self-healing characteristics and warranty terms depend on the chosen film; do not assume every option has identical properties. A matte selection changes the appearance of the covered areas and should be chosen with that result in mind.
Preparation and Installation Considerations
Precut pieces still require careful preparation, alignment and handling. Work on a clean, suitable painted surface in a controlled environment, and follow the selected film manufacturer’s instructions for application solutions, temperature and installation technique. Check each piece’s orientation and intended location before removing its backing.
Contamination, damaged paint, recent refinishing or existing surface treatments may affect adhesion and the finished appearance. Resolve surface-condition questions before application. Narrow strips and curved edges require attention to positioning and tension; professional installation is worth considering if you are unfamiliar with handling PPF. Do not assume tools, application solutions or a ceramic-coating service are included with the film kit.
Care and Checks Before Ordering
Follow the selected film’s curing and care guidance after installation. Use compatible cleaning products, remove contamination promptly and avoid directing concentrated pressure at film edges. Inspect edges during routine washing and address lifting or trapped debris using appropriate film-care advice rather than aggressive scrubbing.
Before checkout, confirm your model year, Blackwing trim, pictured piece layout, film choice and order total. Keep the distinction between the illustrated upper band and a complete roof panel clear. If the intended coverage or fitment is uncertain, ask the store before purchasing so that the supplied pattern matches the areas you intend to protect.
