Welcome to PrecutPPF.store (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing this website, placing an order, or submitting payment, you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions outlined below along with any policies referenced on this website.

These terms help define the rights and responsibilities of both parties and ensure clear communication regarding custom product manufacturing, order fulfillment, and payment processing.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order through PrecutPPF.store, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
  • You authorize the Company to charge your selected payment method
  • Your purchase constitutes a legally binding electronic agreement
  • Order records and communications may be used to resolve transaction reviews or payment disputes

2. Custom Products & Final Sale

All paint protection film and window-film kits are custom cut-to-order using the vehicle and product information supplied or approved for the order.

Once cutting begins, change-of-mind cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted because the material is prepared for that order and may have limited value for another vehicle or customer.

These custom-product restrictions do not remove remedies for products that are damaged, defective, misdescribed, or otherwise covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy or applicable law.

3. Order Cancellations & Refund Processing Fees

Cancellation requests may be approved only before cutting begins. Please contact us promptly if you wish to cancel. Submitting a request does not confirm cancellation; we will confirm whether production has started and whether the request can be approved.

An approved refund may be reduced by actual non-refundable payment-processing charges incurred for the transaction, if any, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Once cutting begins, change-of-mind cancellations are not accepted.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders are shipped through carriers such as UPS or USPS, and tracking information is provided when available. Processing, vehicle verification, scheduled carrier drop-offs, transit estimates, address responsibilities, and optional insurance are described in our Shipping & Handling Policy.

Carrier tracking and delivery records may document shipment progress and delivery. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Contact us promptly if a package appears lost or damaged so we can review the available records and explain the next steps.

5. Reporting Damage or Defects

Contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery if an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect. Include your order number and clear photos or video showing the product, issue, packaging, and shipping label.

Keep the affected material unused and uninstalled and retain the packaging while the issue is reviewed. After review, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund under our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.

6. DIY Installation Disclaimer

Paint Protection Film installation requires experience, proper tools, and installation technique.

By purchasing a DIY kit, you acknowledge that:

  • Installation results depend on installer skill
  • Installation errors are not considered product defects

We are not responsible for:

  • Improper installation
  • Trimming or stretching errors
  • Bubbles or misalignment
  • Damage caused during installation

Installation is performed at the customer’s own risk.

7. Vehicle and Cut Confirmation

Before cutting, we review the vehicle information and selected cuts with the customer by email. The customer must confirm those details in writing before production begins.

Once confirmed, the order is cut to the approved specifications. Changes to the confirmed vehicle information or selected cuts are not accepted after cutting begins.

8. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Please contact us if you have an order, payment, delivery, or product concern so we can investigate and work toward a resolution. This request does not restrict your right to contact your bank, payment provider, or an appropriate authority, or require you to miss a dispute deadline.

Where relevant and permitted by law, we may provide available order records, electronic signature records, payment authorization details, customer correspondence, and shipment or delivery information to payment processors, financial institutions, our professional advisers, or appropriate authorities to investigate and respond to a dispute.

A signature documents the customer’s expressed agreement to the transaction. It does not automatically determine the outcome of a dispute or excuse any failure by us to meet our obligations.

9. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel orders or refuse service if suspicious activity or potential fraud is detected. Information related to fraudulent transactions may be shared with payment processors, financial institutions, shipping carriers, or law enforcement when required.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrecutPPF.store shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the purchase or use of our products.

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising from purchases made through this website will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Electronic Signatures & Customer Agreement

Before signing and placing your order, please review your order details and the policies that apply to your purchase:

By providing your electronic signature at checkout and submitting your order, you indicate your intention to sign electronically and agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Returns & Refunds Policy, and the Shipping & Handling Policy presented for that purchase. You acknowledge the Privacy Policy and the signature-record processing described below.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted for the order and authorize payment of the total displayed when you place the order. Please review your product selections, vehicle information where applicable, and delivery address before submitting your order. Custom-cut products are subject to the cancellation and return restrictions described in these Terms and the linked policies, including applicable exceptions.

Signature and order records: We collect the signature you provide and associate it with your order. Our signature system is configured to capture a signing timestamp, IP address, and browser information. We use these records to document order authorization and agreement, provide customer support, help prevent misuse, and investigate or respond to payment disputes or legal claims. Relevant records may be disclosed as described in Section 8 and our Privacy Policy, where permitted by law. Records are retained as necessary for these purposes and applicable legal obligations. Your order signature is not consent to marketing communications.

What your signature does not mean: Your checkout signature is not a carrier delivery signature, proof that you have received your package, or acceptance of the condition of goods you have not yet inspected. It does not waive remedies under our policies, applicable law, or payment-network rules.

Policy versions: Your agreement applies to the policies presented when you place your order. Later changes do not retroactively change that agreement. You may print or save these policies for your records and contact us with questions before ordering.

Consumer rights: Nothing in these Terms or the linked policies excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable remedies for defective, misdescribed, or undelivered goods.
