Our system will provide a tracking number once the order is shipped, UPS system takes time to update the delivery date up to 72 business hours, and we have no control once the package is in UPS possession or can predict the delivery date.

Question: Can you offer 2nd day or overnight shipping?
Answer: we offer expedited shipping for an additional fee, but orders can only be shipped via the expedited option once shipping and handling are complete.
For example: If you purchased your order on the 1st, and expect it to ship on the 2nd we can’t do that, your order needs to be confirmed, cut, packaged, and UPS pickup scheduled, it can take up to 5-10 business days to prepare our order for the expedited shipping.
Once an order is ready and ups has your package scanned, the expedited shipping delivery times you paid for will apply.
The delivery arrival times are 5-7 days via UPS ground.
Question: When I purchased my PPF kit it was shipped via UPS Ground 5 – 7 days delivery time, but it’s running late.
Answer: UPS can sometimes delay packages, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
The delivery is delayed:
Question: The delivery date was provided, but the delivery didn’t arrive on time.
Answer: UPS most likely couldn’t deliver the package on the provided date due to many reasons, including weather conditions, vehicle issues, holidays, and driver shortages, please check your tracking for an updated delivery date. Additionally, you can call UPS, and provide a tracking number for an updated delivery date.
The delivery date is not provided:
Question: Estimated delivery: The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible.
Answer: UPS doesn’t have a delivery date just yet, it will get updated on the next destination scan or when a package will hit your city.
My order shipped signed.
Question: My order was shipped signature is required as it was over $500, and i can’t be home to receive it.
Answer: Please call UPS and ask them to hold a package at the local UPS pickup location for pickup or ask them to redeliver it, they will attempt to redeliver it 2 more times if no one will call before sending the package back to us, all returned packages can be re-shipped at an additional fee.
Question: Why is shipping insurance a requirement?
Answer: Once we drop off the package at UPS, the package is in their possession, if the package gets damaged we are not responsible.
We buy shipping insurance on your behalf, if the package gets lost or damaged, we will be able to file a claim with Shipsurance on your behalf.
Please note claims can take up to 2+ weeks, you are required to provide pictures and follow email instructions to complete the claim process.

Question: Can I checkout using shipping freight forwarders?
Answer: Currently we do not allow shipments using freight forwarders, we understand some of you live in south korea, Israel, etc…
We only ship directly to home/business addresses when checking out, no 3rd party shipping forward will be allowed, and orders will be refunded automatically.
The shipping and billing address has to match the credit card’s billing address.
