2019-2024 Chevrolet Camaro Precut Paint Protection PPF Kit – Bumper Step
$39.99
Description
Chevrolet Camaro Bumper Step PPF Kit
This Chevrolet Camaro bumper step PPF listing focuses on the rear loading-ledge pattern shown in the product image. Luggage, shopping bags and other carried items can brush against the painted area near the trunk opening during loading and unloading. A correctly matched film piece adds a protective layer over the covered surface without turning this focused offer into a complete rear bumper wrap.
The illustration shows one broad, shallow curved strip with angled sides, a Chevrolet Camaro label and a red coupe. Use the pictured outline to understand the coverage offered. The vehicle photograph provides context rather than additional included panels. Film can help reduce direct contact with covered paint, but it cannot prevent every scratch, impact or other type of damage.
Vehicle, Year and Trim Confirmation
The existing title, product address, visible vehicle attribute and vehicle finder list 2019–2024 Chevrolet Camaro. The image filename references 2018. These different year references have not been independently reconciled, and the filename should not be treated as proof that the same pattern fits every year in the broader listing range. Confirm the exact year and rear loading-ledge configuration before ordering.
The original description states Trims: ALL, while the image label reads ZL1 – 1LE – Track Package. Both references are retained here as existing listing information, not as a new all-trim compatibility claim. Their differing scope remains unresolved. Do not assume that the pictured pattern is interchangeable among every Camaro trim, package or body configuration. Request confirmation for your exact vehicle before purchase, especially where its details do not clearly match the image label.
Included Coverage
Coverage is limited to the single bumper-step strip depicted in the product illustration. Its shallow curve and angled sides define the pictured outline. This offer does not include the complete rear bumper face, trunk lid, front bumper, hood, fenders, mirrors or other body pieces simply because they appear on the car photograph. Review the coverage image alongside the unresolved year and trim references.
The blue textured fill makes the pattern visible and is not a printed decorative finish supplied on the film. Compare the piece with the intended loading ledge while its backing remains in place. If the outline or configuration differs from what was confirmed, pause and ask for guidance before applying, stretching or trimming it. Do not force a mismatched piece to fit or use the photograph as a substitute for exact pattern confirmation.
Film Choices and Appearance
The current selector offers ProFusion 8 Mil, S.T.E.K Matte, Avery Supreme Defense, 3M Pro 100 Series, 3M Pro G200 and S.T.E.K Hydrophobic. Choose an available film and check the displayed total before adding the kit to your cart. Selecting a different film does not change the pictured coverage or resolve the listing’s year and trim discrepancies.
Confirm the specifications and appearance of the exact material selected. Matte and gloss finishes can look different on the same paint. Thickness, surface behavior, care requirements and warranty terms depend on the supplied film; they should not be assumed identical across all options. Follow the applicable manufacturer’s information rather than assuming every choice provides the same self-healing or hydrophobic characteristics.
Preparation and Application
Installation requires careful preparation, alignment and film handling. Check that the intended painted surface is sound and suitable for adhesive film, particularly if it has been repaired, refinished or treated with another coating. Follow the selected film manufacturer’s cleaning and preparation instructions. Confirm any necessary paint-curing period with the refinisher or installer before applying film to a recently painted area.
Plan the strip’s position with the backing in place before beginning. Use the tools, application solution and working conditions recommended for the chosen material. Avoid improvising heat levels, stretching limits or chemical mixtures. Professional installation is an option if you are uncertain about surface preparation, positioning or edge finishing. Stop if the piece does not match the confirmed ledge and resolve the discrepancy before proceeding.
Care and Ordering Checklist
After application, follow the film-specific curing and washing guidance. Use compatible cleaning products and clean, soft tools. Avoid picking at edges or directing concentrated pressure at them, and remove contamination promptly using the manufacturer’s recommended method. Inspect the film periodically and seek appropriate advice if an edge lifts or the surface becomes damaged rather than attempting an unverified repair.
Before ordering, confirm your Camaro’s year, trim, package, body configuration, rear loading-ledge shape and selected film. Resolve the 2018 image reference versus the listed 2019–2024 range and the ALL versus ZL1/1LE/Track Package wording for your vehicle. Review the pictured single-strip coverage and current price together. This description clarifies the existing offer without extending its fitment or declaring those discrepancies resolved.
