Description
2021.5-2024 Tesla Model S Plaid Precut Paint Protection Kit – Bumper Step
-
This Kit Includes: BUMPER STEP | TOP OF REAR BUMPER
Fits: 2021.5-2024 Tesla Model S Plaid
Give the rear bumper-step area of your Tesla Model S Plaid a layer of paint protection where everyday loading and unloading can leave marks. This vehicle-specific precut paint protection film (PPF) piece is made for the painted area at the top of the rear bumper shown in the product image.
Even careful use of a trunk can bring luggage, boxes, bags, and other items close to this exposed edge. PPF places a sacrificial film over the covered paint to help reduce the effect of light scuffs, scratches, and contact during normal use. It also helps shield that area from road grime and other everyday exposure while letting the underlying finish remain visible when a clear film is selected.
Why choose this precut bumper-step kit?
- Vehicle-specific fit: The pattern is cut for the listed 2021.5, 2022, 2023, and 2024 Tesla Model S Plaid fitment, reducing the need to cut film directly on the vehicle.
- Focused coverage: This kit covers the bumper-step area at the top of the rear bumper. It is not a full rear-bumper kit, a front-end kit, or a full-vehicle wrap.
- Choice of film: Select from the paint protection film brands and finishes currently offered in the options above. Film appearance, thickness, surface properties, and warranty terms depend on the option selected.
- Paint-preserving barrier: The covered film takes the contact first, helping preserve the painted surface beneath it during everyday use.
Protection for a frequently used area
The bumper step is easy to overlook until a suitcase or package brushes against it. This precut piece targets that specific area without adding unrelated panels to your order. PPF can help limit the appearance of light loading scuffs and minor surface wear on the covered section; it cannot prevent every chip, scratch, or impact.
The product image identifies the included pattern. Any color or texture used to illustrate the cut piece is a visual guide, not the film finish you will receive. Clear and matte appearances depend on the film option you choose. Review the available selections above for the current brands and pricing.
Confirm your fitment before ordering
Check the model year, Plaid trim, rear-bumper styling, and illustrated bumper-step shape against your vehicle before placing an order. The saved fitment lists 2021.5 through 2024 Tesla Model S; if your rear bumper differs from the pattern pictured, contact us before purchase so the correct piece can be confirmed.
Only the bumper-step piece described above is included. Surrounding rear-bumper panels, trunk surfaces, and other exterior areas are not part of this kit.
