2019-2021 Toyota 86 TRD Special Edition Paint Protection Kit – A Pillars + Rooftop
$89.99
Description
Toyota 86 TRD Special Edition Precut PPF Kit
This Toyota 86 TRD Special Edition paint protection film kit is offered in the pattern shown in the product image. The listing currently identifies model years 2019–2021. Treat that range as the listed application, not confirmation that every Toyota 86 or every TRD-equipped car uses the same pattern. Exact year and trim compatibility must be confirmed before ordering, particularly for the listed 2020 and 2021 applications.
Precut PPF provides a protective layer on the painted surfaces covered by the selected pattern. It can help reduce direct exposure to light road debris and everyday surface wear, but it does not make paint damage-proof. Protection is limited to the areas actually covered; exposed paint and other panels remain outside this kit.
Review the Pictured Coverage
The Toyota 86 TRD Special Edition artwork shows a curved upper band and two long, narrow side strips with pointed lower ends. Use that diagram to review the supplied pattern layout. The A-Pillars + Rooftop wording in the product name should not be interpreted as a full-roof sheet or full-vehicle coverage. Confirm the intended placement, boundaries and edge treatment of the pictured pieces before purchase.
The vehicle photograph identifies the application visually; it is not a coverage map. This listing does not show a full-front package, hood, bumper, fender, mirror or rocker-panel set. Do not assume those panels, installation tools, professional installation or a whole-car ceramic-coating service are included. Ask about any additional items you need separately.
Confirm the Listed Year and Trim
The product name and fitment fields retain the listed 2019, 2020 and 2021 Toyota 86 application, while the artwork identifies TRD Special Edition. There is an unresolved year-and-trim compatibility question for this pattern. A TRD badge, optional handling package or similar appearance alone does not establish that a car matches this kit.
Before ordering, provide the exact model year, trim and clear photographs of the relevant painted areas for pattern-specific confirmation. Mention replacement panels, aftermarket trim or other modifications that could affect alignment. Do not assume interchangeability with another Toyota 86 edition, a Subaru BRZ or a later GR86. If the listing details and your vehicle do not agree, resolve that difference before selecting or applying film.
Choose Your Paint Protection Film
Select an available material using the A-Pillar Film Options selector above. The choices currently displayed are ProFusion 8 Mil, ProFusion 10 Mil, Avery Supreme Defense, 3M Pro 100 Series, 3M Pro G200, S.T.E.K Hydrophobic and S.T.E.K Matte. Review the selected option and displayed total before adding the kit to your cart.
Film finish, thickness, maintenance requirements and warranty terms depend on the specific material selected. Do not assume every choice has identical self-healing, stain-resistance or hydrophobic properties. Confirm the manufacturer’s specifications for your chosen film, including whether its appearance is appropriate for the surrounding finish. Choosing a film brand does not resolve a vehicle-fitment question or expand the pictured coverage.
Preparation, Application and Care
Check the pattern against the vehicle before removing the liner or beginning application. The surface should be clean, sound and suitable for the selected film. Existing paint damage, contamination, uncured refinishing or surface treatments can affect adhesion and appearance. Consult an experienced PPF installer if there is uncertainty about surface condition, pattern placement or the application process.
Follow the selected film manufacturer’s preparation, application, curing and care instructions. Precut shapes still require careful handling and alignment. Keep cleaning methods and products compatible with that material, and avoid disturbing film edges during its recommended curing period. This kit is protective film, not a repair for existing paint damage.
Check Your Order Before Purchase
Review the pictured pattern, listed years, TRD Special Edition designation, chosen film and current order total together. Confirm exact compatibility before purchase rather than relying on the title or a similar vehicle photograph alone. Contact us with your vehicle details and any coverage questions so the pattern can be checked before you order.
