2017-2023 Land Rover Discovery Paint Protection Kit A Pillars + Rooftop

Land Rover Discovery Precut Paint Protection

This Land Rover Discovery precut paint protection film kit is listed for 2017–2023 SE, HSE, HSE Luxury and First Edition applications. It is the A Pillars + Rooftop kit shown in the product artwork, not a full vehicle wrap or a full roof panel. Review the illustrated pattern and your vehicle before ordering so that the selected kit matches the areas you intend to protect.

Paint protection film provides a sacrificial layer over the covered surface. It can help reduce everyday wear from light abrasion and road debris, but it cannot prevent every impact, scratch or stain. Protection applies only where film is installed. Uncovered paint, glass, trim and other panels remain outside this kit’s coverage.

Pictured Coverage and Kit Contents

The Land Rover Discovery artwork shows a broad, shallow curved upper band and two narrow side strips that slope slightly outward toward angled, pointed lower ends. Join lines are visible near the upper corners. Use this specific arrangement as the coverage reference; the illustration does not show a large sheet covering the entire roof. The product name does not mean that every roof surface or every pillar on the vehicle is included.

• Pictured upper band and narrow side-strip pattern for this Discovery application.
• No bumper, partial or full hood, fender, headlight, mirror, door or trunk-step coverage is shown or included in this kit.
• No full roof panel, windshield film or window tint is included by implication.
• The colored texture in the artwork identifies the pattern; it is not a printed design supplied on the film.

Compare the strip outlines, upper joins and lower tips with the intended surfaces before removing any backing. Pattern reliefs, seams and edge clearances may be part of the design. Do not assume all pieces wrap around every edge or cover adjoining trim. If an edge treatment or additional panel is important to your order, ask us to confirm it before purchase rather than relying on a general coverage name.

Vehicle Fitment

The advertised application is the 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 Land Rover Discovery in the SE, HSE, HSE Luxury and First Edition configurations named in this listing and on its artwork. A similar model name or appearance is not proof that a pattern will fit another Land Rover, body style or trim. Do not assume compatibility with the separately named Discovery Sport, a different body configuration, or an unlisted trim from this listing alone.

Confirm your model year, exact model, trim and body configuration before ordering. Registration dates and first-sale dates may differ from the model year. Replacement panels, aftermarket trim, prior body repairs or other modifications can affect how a precut pattern aligns. If the vehicle differs from the pictured application, contact us with the relevant details and clear photographs before buying or applying the film.

Review the title, vehicle information and artwork together. If any information appears inconsistent with your car, request clarification before proceeding. The pattern illustration is a coverage guide, not a scale drawing or a substitute for confirming the application. Keep the pieces on their backing while checking orientation and fit.

Available Paint Protection Film Options

Choose from the film options currently offered in the product selector. The available choices shown for this kit are:

• ProFusion 8 Mil
• ProFusion 10 Mil
• Avery Supreme Defense
• 3M Pro 100 Series
• 3M Pro G200
• S.T.E.K Hydrophobic
• S.T.E.K Matte

Film choice and pattern coverage are separate decisions. Selecting a different material does not add panels or change this kit into a full roof package. Select the finish you want and review the displayed order total before checkout. The artwork’s blue geometric texture does not represent the installed appearance of any of these materials.

Thickness, surface finish, care requirements and manufacturer-specific features can differ between materials. Do not assume that every option has identical hydrophobic behavior, self-healing characteristics or warranty terms. If a particular specification matters to you, ask for the information for your selected film before ordering. A matte finish changes the appearance of the covered area and may contrast with adjoining glossy surfaces.

Preparation, Application and Care

Precut film still requires careful preparation, accurate alignment and appropriate application technique. Inspect the intended surfaces for contamination, damaged paint, loose clear coat or existing coatings before installation. Film does not repair chips, scratches or failing paint, and applying it over an unsuitable surface can compromise the result. Seek advice about repainted or repaired panels before proceeding.

Work in a clean, controlled environment and follow the chosen film manufacturer’s guidance for preparation, application solution, handling and curing. Check each piece’s orientation against the artwork before removing its backing. Avoid forcing the pattern to fit an uncertain application. Excessive stretching or repeated handling can affect edges and appearance; professional installation is worth considering if you are unfamiliar with precut PPF.

After application, follow the material-specific curing and wash instructions. Use compatible cleaning products and avoid picking at film edges or directing concentrated pressure at seams. Remove contaminants using the recommended method, and inspect the edges periodically. PPF is not maintenance-free and is not a guarantee against damage. Refer to our FAQ for store guidance and contact us if the selected material’s requirements are unclear.

Review Your Order

Before checkout, confirm the Land Rover Discovery model year and named trim, compare the pictured upper band and side strips with your intended coverage, and select the desired film. Check the quantity and displayed total. This listing is for the pictured A Pillars + Rooftop pattern only; purchase any additional coverage separately after confirming its application.

If you need clarification about the kit, finish or vehicle configuration, use our contact page before ordering. Include the vehicle’s model year, model and trim along with a clear description of the question. Confirming these details in advance helps avoid ordering a pattern for a different configuration or expecting panels that are not pictured.
